Southern Grampians Shire Council invites residents and relevant agencies to review the draft Cavendish Structure Plan.

The Plan will act as a critical guiding document to help inform initiatives and navigate future growth through planning scheme amendments, town boundary and zoning changes, major town projects, and advocacy opportunities.

Residents are now invited to read the draft Structure Plans, attend drop-in sessions scheduled for October and provide written feedback to Council’s Planning department. A revised and final version of the Structure Plan will be presented to Council by February 2026 for adoption.

No RSVPs are required for the drop-in sessions, just come along, ask any questions and share your feedback.

Feedback closes Friday 31 October 2025.

  • Cavendish Draft Structure Plan Feedback

    Council invites feedback in relation to the Cavendish Draft Structure Plan. These comments will be reviewed and the draft plans revised and presented to Council for adoption.

    Council will provide updates on the progress of the draft Structure Plans on the Engage with Us page of the Council website until they are presented to Council for adoption.
